Some of the songs on that list I would have never classified as electro songs.

Timex Social Club - Rumors
Evelyn King - Love Come Down
SOS Band - Just Be Good Too Me

Where's "Push The Button," "Donky Kong," "Numbers"....??

I can understand SOS Band because THAT song did have a lot of synth riffs. But I agree with you on the other 2.

23. On the Freeez - Freeez

The only Freeez songs that anyone remembers today are "I.O.U." and "Pop Goes My Love". The fact that a third Freeez track can place higher than either of them means this list is bogus. Even John Rocca's solo single "I Want It To Be Real" is bigger than any third Freeez song. confused

Can we define "electro"? There seem to be an awful lot of R&B/Rap acts on the list and while I like many of these songs, if we were going to put an "electro" list together acts like Deee-Lite would have to be on it.

Electro to me defines a time period ultimately. You can't really call any song in the 90s electro.

Well what the hell is "electro" then? I have never heard this term but I would think "electro" is electronic and how electronic bands did not make this list... lol

Good Question!

Oh shit they are going to make breakin' 3 next year! I am serious! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0770725

Damn I always wondered what happened to Lucinda Dickey the one who played Kelly? She just basically disappeared after 1990. she is married to one of the Surivior's show producer. And Adolfo last time I heard still dancing and also that he has a dancing studio in Japan. Michael the one who played Turbo still dances and do some acting.

Only if they going to have a Beat Street 2 then I will be happy lady!

There's some great jams in that list. They also need to add "Nasty Rock" by The P Crew.

Shouldn't Kraftwerk's Trans-Europe Express be on the list...since it inspired a lot of these ? it pretty much started the genre...I'd throw some Scritti Politti on there, too, but...
