.rar is a compressed file.
Use whatever utility you'd use to UNZIP a .ZIP file. tA  Tribal Disorder

It's basically the same thing as a .zip file. You can use WinRAR to unpack .rar files. It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

You can of course convert a .rar file to an .mp3 by changing the extension in dos-prompt... Of course it would be better to unpack the .rar to see what is actually inside it and does it even contain a valid sound file.  | |
