IS ANYONE ELSE SICK OF EVERY CELEBRITY USING THE WORD "AMAZING" TO DESCRIBE EVERYTHING?

Our language has been reduced to one word to describe all things good... "Amazing"

I'm not sure who started this, maybe Drew Barrymore, but holy crap it's the most overused and ONLY used word that celebrities use these days.

What's wrong with trying another word like "Extraordinary??"

No "blessed" is the one that annoys the shit out of me. That's Beyonce's favorite, along with everyone else whith a limited vocabulary.

For some, saying we're "blessed" is an acknowledgment of God being the Source of our shelter, food, clothing, opportunities, etc. To acknowledge it any other way would be prideful or ungrateful.

Yeah, it -- as with any other adjective (cool, chill, etc.) -- can get played out. But there are some of us who use it to not only express to others our gratitude to God, but also to keep ourselves in check.

Never have I heard of anyone who says they're "blessed" saying it to mean, "and nobody else is."

But, maybe you have. shrug
