I looked at them both for awhile and I still get a very different feel from Christina's. It's cleaner and the tones they used are warmer. Madge's is cold from the font to the eyes and the sheet or whatever she's lying on. The position similar and they both have blond hair but that's it for me. Hopefully the music won't be like Madonna's either.

That cover is more a shout out 2 Peggy Lee than Madonna. I like it as well.
