If that is indeed the cover, I like it. Although she looks more like Christina Applegate than Aguilera.

Well i think she is trying to show herself as being a "singer" and that this CD will contain "real music", but the proof will be in the listening, so far i have heard 6 tracks and only one represents that "cover" so thats not a good start for me.

Okay yeah it does more than I remembered.

I like it. It fits with the theme of this 40's retro thing that she's doing. It seems similiar to Madonna but it works.

Somehow I thought that the cover would have a darker background like the promo pics.

I get the retro vibe of the cover BUT its still very madonnaish.



I think if she was in some retro dress with a mic or something else.


Madonna's pic is very retro as well but with a little madonna flair.

The proof will be whats inside that case not the cover, so far Ive heard 6 tracks and 1 blows me away, the others just seem to be repeats. and that single "Aint no other man" is a total rip off of her own song "Come On Over" just slowed and horns tacked on.

with a 24year carear Madonna has covered alot of looks so there isn't going to be one thing that one person does that she hasn't done...Postmodernism is about bringing back the old with a new spin. and since there isn't anything new under the sun we'll see alot of things that are similar.

i like the cover. i didn't think "madonna" at all, though. actually, i thought it looked like something that a jazz vocalist from back in the day would do.
