Gwyneth Paltrow recording with William Orbit

Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow has reportedly recorded a series of tracks with producer William Orbit.

The Sun reports Paltrow - who sang in the 2000 flop movie Duets - has been writing and recording with Orbit, who produced her pal Madonna's Ray of Light album.

A source tells the publication: "Gwyneth has messed around with Chris (Martin, her husband and Coldplay frontman). She would not work on music with her husband - she feels like she would be treading on his toes.

"When they are together they like to be away from work. But Gwyneth has got a fantastic voice."

Paltrow and Duets co-star Jerry Lewis hit the top of the Australian music charts with Cruisin' in 2000.

Ottensen

she has a decent voice, and she's involved in the arts: i don't see why not. if it's good, folks can buy it, and if not, then let it tank. in any case i'd rather see the daughter of danner and paltrow release something before one of those god-awful hilton children lol

I agree that Gwyneth's recordings can't be any worse than that new Paris Hilton song.
