That having been said, she gets accused of it far more than she actually does it. As far as the guitar playing goes, I don't think she would mime her playing because there'd b no point. If she lip-synchs the vocal in a show, it's a sure bet that she's dancing her a** off. So 4 that reason, miming guitar playing would b pointless. Judging by what I've been reading, and the clips I've seen, looks like Confessions is pretty much all live.

The first two tours were all live the next two tours had maybe 2 or 3 and the next one was all live the one after that was 2 or 3 songs and this tour is maybe 1 song. When i saw her Sorry was totally not live but on the bootlegs i have it is live. So i think it depends on how she's feeling if Confessions is 100% live. And if you don't wanna see a show with soem lyp don't go see Madonna, she's always been upfront about the use of backing tracks. if you want to see a Show that is about the entire production than Madonna is not to be missed You CANNOT use the name of God, or religion, to justify acts of violence, to hurt, to hate, to discriminate- Madonna

Hey, I've got a question for those who have been to a Confessions show (or anyone who has the answer!). When/where/how does she get into the giant disco ball at the beginning of the show? and while i really don't like it (hello? half of it is prerecorded lyrics being lip-synched?!?!) i have the one song i do like, the bagpipe version of "into the groove" stuck on a loop in my head today. that's odd. because in the movie, there isn't much lip-synching at all.  unless she re-recorded the vocals. but judging by those unreleased re-Invention remixes that were going around about a month ago, i doubt it. | |
