sexy beats, retro vibes, and slinky grooves are just some of the words that come to mind when i listen to this brilliant album. this is an album, that when you listen to it, you wish the artist had their hands all over you instead of the mixing board. if you don't own a copy of Cinister Cee's "Cinstrumentals"; well...that's just a sin in itself.
trying to decide a favourite track off this is like trying to decide what your favourite position is. they all feel good when it's done right. and this is done h sooooo right. a very lush production. if you're a true hip hop head or not, you will love this. if you wanna feel sexy with your special someone or groovin' by yourself around the house in your underwear this is the album 4 you! big points for the Evelyn "Champagne" King sample of "Love Come Down". Only disappointment.... a couple tracks like, "this stuff is so fresh" are too short, yet, still satisfying. if there was ever a 'Cin' that was worth commiting..this would be it.

I got my copy about a week ago and am enjoying it! At the moment, my favorite is "Since I Got Time", all :52 seconds of it. (I agree, these are too short) Nice upbeat, understated tracks. I enjoy the lightness and positivity of it -- no axes to grind here. Yet groovy and edgy - great balance and unique. Awesome potential for a film soundtrack.

I would like to perhaps get this record as a birthday gift to a friend of mine, who is more into C's kind of thing than I am, but I don't know any local distros that carry the album.

Can't order anything abroad, because I have to use pay-on-delivery services for I have such a crappy mailbox outside that I sure as hell am not going to order any records directly into it.
