I'm assuming that the mention of Stephen Rea possibly being in the film means he would play Bob Geldolf..lol...he's who I pictured when trying to cast that role.

I'm still hoping Johnny Depp ends up with the role. While he isn't one of my favorite actors, I think he could be awesome for the role. Wish he felt the same.

For me, the best actor 2 play Michael Hutchence would definately b Val Kilmer!! Val Kilmer looks more like Michael than Johnny Depp(no disrespect 2 Johnny though). I mean, look at how Val Kilmer portrayed Jim Morrison in The Doors film a few years back!! Val Kilmer WAS Jim Morrison in that film!! And, lets face it, Jim Morrison and Michael Hutchence could pass off as identical twins if they were both alive at the same time!!
And, as regards, Michaels dad being involved in this project: How can he b involved in this when he himself also died a couple of years after Michael????

Why not just use an Australian actor? Hugh Jackman and Guy Pearce are big enough names.
