I prefer the debut album, but "Spiceworld" includes "Viva forever", their best song music
I had almost forgotten about Geri and the other girls, they were HUGE, it was just too much...

If we lived in a world where every single album ever made was by David Hasselhoff except for this one, then I would be in total agreement with you.

Y'know, the Spice Girls may have been pop fodder that haven't stood the test of time but at least some of their songs were good, throwaway fun. neutral

EDIT: Not to say that this album is anywhere even remotely near one of the best of all time, of course.

I actually like the Spice Girls. And if you were to rephrase the thread as "This is the best pop album of 1997" then I might agree with you. But you went too far with your "ever made" business.

All the haters? There was about one comment that could be classified as that over-used word "hater." The rest were pretty civil.

The Spice girls would have been crap if it weren`t for Geri...

I love "Ginger spice" woot!

I remember the interview/special she did with a british channel right after she left the spice girls, she has a great personality, and i think that`s what made her so special, even when she was with the girls, it wasn`t just her breasts or her short skirts.
