Loose -- Nelly Furtado

Have we talked about this??

I am loving it, It's campy, fun, and energetic. More than L.A.M.B.

It's extremely different than the previous 2 albums and I at first questioned why she made such a change

lol I swear her and Timbaland must have something going on lol

Anybody else hot? I reccomend it!

nod I didn't like it at first. The first time I heard Maeater was when I saw the video and I was like WTF?

I love Showtime and Wait For You (both very lesbianic nod)

I love No Hay Igual and Do It

This album is sooo fun!

I like this album a lot--maybe the most of her three records. It's number 1 in the U.S. next week with 219,000 copies sold according to Soundscan.

Been listening to the album for the last 2 weeks, and it gets better everytime I hear it. Definitely one of my favorite pop albums thus far in 2006.

Do It is the shit!

I love Promiscuous and I'll probably buy some more of Loose on itunes, but she sucks live. I know I shouldn't judge from the few TV perfomances I've seen of Promiscuous, but is she another case of great in the studio, horrible live?

I must be missing something cause im in the middle on this record, before it came out i heard everyone raving about it and then i put it on im not impressed, i mean it has it great moments, mostly with Juanes, when she seems to be true to herself, then there are the parts where it seems forced to be 'down" and "Commercial". I know the record is selling and debuted at number 1, but anyone can do that, I mean that Paris Hilton song is already top 20 and im sure her cd will be number 1. I think mainly the promo department can be thanked for getting this record to number 1, not the music or the quality, what makes Nelly different than any other "Pop" girl, i guess thats what i was looking for.

It's Timbaland's beats. The music is miles above Paris Hilton.

Timbaland doesnt impress me, hes part of that "producer" generation that has taken "music" out of music. Now that Nelly is so produced she has put herself in that class of artist

If you don't like Timbaland, of course you're not going to like the album.

Half the album feature Timbalands production...the other half is classic nelly furtado sound!

She's only experimented with new people!

Her roots are mainly hip-hop!

Before talking, listen to her album!!!!

its not even timbaland, its the music itself. I think what im trying to say is that anyone could have done this record with his production, If not for the tracks with Juanes and a few others, this could have been Lindsay Lohans album or any other pop girl.

I have listened to it 6 straight times, over and over, and like i said, a few tracks, and the ones with Juanes are good, the rest of the record could have been done by any pop girl.

Guess it's a matter of personnal taste, which cannot be discussed!

The track with Juanes will be a massive it on latin radio and in Europe IMO! It's one of my favorite together with "All good things come to an end"

I disagree. Back in the late '90s , Timbaland had a genuinely groundbreaking sound that blew everyone away and even today, I think he's leaps ahead of a lot of the other "beatmakers" out there.

If this was Lindsay Lohan's new album, I wouldn't like it any less.

I think the only time i liked Timabalands production would be his work with Aaliyah, but even then only his work with her on the last CD. Before that i think Tim was mainly riding on Missy Elliots train. I do think of the producers of this day in his genre he is the best, but thats not saying much

Really? Half? I would say more than half is new sounds. At least compared to Folklore. This one may be closer to sounding similiar to Whoa Nelly than sounding similiar to Folklore
