The VH1 shlockumentary SuperGroup This thing is cheesy as fuck, but I cannot take my eyes off it. It is like a car wreck, where you cannot divert your eyes, even when they take out the pieces of arms and burnt torsos and shit. The funny thing is, Ted Nugent seems the most sane, which is saying something. It is funny how innocent Scott Ian of Anthrax is. If these guys ever have a hit album I will just give up on radio at this time. lol.

Jason Newstead is not in the band. The bass player is Evan Seinfeld from Biohazard. One of my favorite bands. Anthrax is also one of my fav bands. I love baz and the first 2 1/2 skid row albums. The beat box part was funny, Nuge has some great one liners, not that funny, more interesting. The female marketing chick is freakin' hot 
I hate the whole dated argument that's about to come up, I haven't seen those episodes yet but only the teasers, who wants to sound like modern rock, it's fucking pussy!!!!! Look at Bon Jovi, James Taylor rocks harder than them. What happened to rock music with balls? [Edited 6/19/06 8:26am] | |

She's a major hottie...I haven't seen that episode yet, but it would just piss me off, some producer insulting musicians because they don't sound like the wuss rock that's being played on the radio, It's enough that these guys are on Vh1 trying to do something, why insult them and tell them they sound dated. Well ofcourse they are not going to sound like modern wuss rock. They wouldn't be on Vh1 reality show right now if hard rock was still popular.
The parts of the song I've heard up til this part sound good and I say this as a HUGE Anthrax and Biohazard fan, I also loved skid row. I love Ted's personality. What band out there is making rock music with balls, it's either nu metal, wuss rock, or fake punk rockers. [Edited 6/19/06 22:19pm] | |

Ive watched this show a few times on and off, and Yeah Ted is a maniac, on this show he is tame. I really never want someone to get killed, but if Ted got killed by a BEAR i would not care, i would laugh though, the fact that he kills and glorifies it so much, makes me worry, i heard a rumour that Tommy Shaw when they were doing Damn Yankees always would clash with him on the whole Animal thing and it lead to Tommy and Jack Blades leaving that band for dead and returning to Styx and Night Ranger. As far as musical respect, i dont really like any of their bands which is funny that i watched the show, i hated Skid Row, and never really dug that whole Anthrax thing and Biohazard i actually knew one of the members just from working in this music store and they would send people in to buy up all the stock. But i guess Jason Bonham would be the one i respect the most as far as a musician, didnt even know he was in Foreigner now, but i kinda feel bad for him in this house of Lunacy. I think the only reason they took the Biohazard guy actually was because of a promise that Tera Patrick would be on. My love for each has waned. Biohazard's music has gotten worse. Scott is using evil symbols in Anthrax now, I always liked Anthrax because they were never about that. Last time I followed Baz was when he tried to make a come back about seven years ago. I like a number of Foreigner songs namely Jukebox Hero, and Jason is probably making decent dough by touring with them each summer, but what I've seen from the show he's not a dynamic drummer. What do you guys think about Jason's drumming? | |

I dig Jasons drumming, my problem with the show is give these guys a friggin studio, Doc mcgee is the biggest jerk ever, i know he has respect in the industry but he is a sleaze, he got axed by Bon Jovi because he was ripping them off and using the money to transport weed. All in all this show shows me the weasels of the industry the managers, the label people, the Publicists and all that crap. This show is fun to watch....Ted is such an ass.....but if you ever want to know there cliche rock star behavior comes from....it's Sebastian Bach! Many times I would just say to myself...is he for real? Spinal Tap was more real!
