Legendary "unreleased" albums

We all know about the Black Album and the Beach Boys' album Smile - what other legendary unreleased albums are there (whether they have since been released in some way or not)?

One of the best legendary unreleased albums in hip-hop (widely bootlegged since 1994) finally saw release in 2001. KMD's Black Bastards.

Another good one that stayed unreleased but highly bootlegged from 1996 to 2003 is Pete Rock & I-N-I's Center Of Attention.

Only one single had seen the light of day.

I forgot about that shit! I think "Sincerity" was supposed to be on that but then it was just a b-side.

I heard couple of the gems from that album:

Soulmate(spoken words joint)
Mr.Perfect
If You Want My Problems
Do Nothing Till You Hear From Me(Great rendition btw)
Girl From Yesterday(which became a B-side for one of No More Drama's gems)

I think she grew over it, canceled everything @ the middle of making that album. It resembled the same "do-me-wrong" routine as her previous albums(to No More Drama that is). So you know, her state of mind @ that time is not in it.

Many of the ones I've seen mentioned here aren't exactly legendary, but I'll add to the list with another non-legendary one:

I was just reading about that here: http://www.prince.org/msg/8/192190

The only track released from that session was the single "Walk Like A Man" which was on the soundtrack for 'A Fine Mess'.

You mean another lead vocalist? I don't know? I don't think so. But it was released but VERY limited release.
