no, that's only when she brings her mom on stage to sing "disasters and tragedies". i don't think they've grasped the irony of that choice yet:

disbelief That ain’t right

I started to kill the clip because the intro montage was dragging on a bit too long.
Then she appeared with that Toon-Town look. eek

Now either the piano is some really deep avant-garde, Sun Ra type shit in parts or...nevermind.

Couldn't hang with the other vids because of the focusing issue.
Was the tape op making some kind of creative statement?

Can't imagine that this has been sanctioned by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. cool

It even upset my robot...

one of the most wonderfully messed up shows i've ever seen was at brownies on avenue a, where bj snowden opened for princess superstar (don't ask me why, i don't know!), and after bj's set, she went into the audience and MADE A POINT to hug everyone who showed up. lol

of course, i brought my bj snowden CD cover for her to sign, which she all too graciously agreed to do, then she started marking all over it and telling me when and where she recorded each track, and i was like, "um, ms. snowden, can i have my cover back, you're marking all over it." lol

PS: "toon town" lol

Sorry, but I HAVE to ask...

She's allowed to leave Canada and tour?
Restraining orders haven't been issued?
FEMA? Homeland Security? Nothing?

Did your lighter go up during the Canada song?
Was Mom with her?

... eek

I believe it only because I just read about it.

The Berklee graduate reference in her bio reminded me of something I read in an interview with Pat Metheny many years ago.
When he was an instructor there, he commented that he was very tempted to tell some of the students he encountered to just get a refund and take up some other profession.
