Nobody could top her in the 80s, nobody could sing the way she did...

I`m not a fan of the song "How will i know",
but the album (which btw at the time was the best-selling debut album of all time!!) is wonderful worship

(i think she still holds that record hmmm )

well she aint never coming back, the older you get your voice goes away, whether she did drugs or not, she wasn't going to be able to sing like this, look at Mariah she doesnt do any known drugs, and her voice isn't as strong as it used to be.

That is like MJ and James Brown always saying they are better dancers now, then back in there heyday's

Did you all know that this song was written for Janet Jackson, and she passed on it? I wonder why?

I think Ashanti beat her record, but I could be wrong. In fact, I hope I'm wrong. Whitney's first album was lovely.
