Lo-Fi-Fnk :: Boylife (2006) [one of the best electro-dance albums of the year] :::
Lo-Fi-Fnk :: Boylife (2006) Wow! Fun, fresh debut album from two boys out of Stockholm. This album jams from start to finish. This is fastly becoming one of my favorite albums of 2006. Also, if you love electronic or electropop like Annie, Royskopp, Jay-Jay, eurodance, etc. This will rock you! You'll be the talk of your friends. Their sound is so new and fresh that it's hard to compare them to any artist out now. Very unique sound that will stay in your head for dayyyys. "Steppin' Out" is one of the best 'coming out' songs ever made I imagine. You'll dance your butt off to this album! that video is fantastic! kinda reminded me of the cover art for Bavarian Fruit Bread mixed with The Beta Band & The Hissing Of Summer Lawns, and Hitchcock, if that makes any sense LOL.
Did they just come out or something? I couldnt find anything about them on Amazon or the torrent networks.

Did they just come out or something? I couldnt find anything about them on Amazon or the torrent networks. The album's only widely available in Sweden at the moment. It just came out in late April there, so they're still out promoting it. "Steppin' Out" is the 2nd single. "Wake Up" was the lead. I'm in America, but I ended up downloading the album through the Klicktrack site b/c I couldn't wait for it to ship. I paid by credit card there and it automatically converts the Euro amount to whatever currency is in one's home nation. Dotshop.se is where you can get the physical CD with artwork and all. They ship worldwide and have the price listed in various currencies. Hope you get it. It's a great album!

All the links I provided take American currency. The Klicktrack website [which sells the MP3 downloads only] just shows the Euro amount, but if you use a Google converter you can see the amount in US dollars. The Dotshop.se link does show the U.S. currency amount and provides the physical CD with artwork if you don't want to settle for digital.
