hey chicago orgers, cool unknown band alert! when i lived in chicago i had a friend who used his warehouse/loft as a venue to house local unknown bands, including his own bands. one of his bands, velvetron, is really, really good! they play shows around the city (when not at his own place they tend to play a lot of shows at subterrenean) pretty frequently. check them out if you see them listed. recently they made a promo for the band and its freaking hilarious...a total parody pulled off perfectly (try saying that three times fast). check it out at youtube.com!
