So i ain't a paul hater I just like cheese to be powerful or just between the years 1988-1993

What a difference 30 years makes. 1976 artists, instruments, varied radio play. 2006 producers, no instruments, same radio play everywhere. "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F

Love Hangover - Diana Ross Really? That song is hot! The problem starts with Ms.D who outside of The Supremes, I just can't get into. Next is the overplay of the song on radio and then having to play it myself in cover bands. If there's a cure for this, I WANT IT! Enough is enough. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

Put on Monica's "The First Night" at least. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

since we're talking about the music of 1976....
one of the biggest albums that year was Peter Frampton's live album Frampton Comes Alive, which is one of my favorites. He recently performed in my area at the exact same venue where that album was recorded. It was a "20th anniversary"-type show and I really wanted to go,but I was busy that night.Any fans of Peter Frampton here? Anybody see him in concert recently?

I remember my sister telling me she served him in a private room at the Hard Rock Cafe in Dallas when she worked there many years ago. And by that, I mean she was a waitress there. Get Up and Boogie - Silver Convention Misty Blue - Dorothy Moore Rock and Roll Love Letter – Bay City Rollers Love Really Hurts Without You – Billy Ocean Union Man Cate Brothers It’s Over – Boz Scaggs That’s Where the Happy People Go – Trammps ***"Get Up and Boogie" is dreadful...one of the worst disco songs ever.By comparison, their previous hit "Fly Robin Fly" is a masterpiece. ***I'm sure you know "It's Over" by Boz Scaggs. It was the first single from his landmark 'Silk Degrees' album... why can't you just get it through your head It's over,it's over now Yes,you heard me clearly now I said It's over,it's over now Cool song, but of course,it soon got overshadowed by the next single "Lowdown",one of the biggest hits from that summer.
