The Devil's Picks All Music has an interesting list up to, umm, honor the number of beast. Some of their selections:
Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath Devil's Right Hand - Steve Earle Angel of Death - Slayer The Number of the Beast - Iron Maiden Hotel California - The Eagles Me and the Devil Blues - Robert Johnson The entire list is in the link, but no mention of these fellas...

I was listening to that song Broken Boy Soldier by the Racontuers this morning and Jack White makes his voice sound like Satan on it. It was creepy. So the devil picks that song. It's also the best rock song I've heard this decade. | |

Devilock, Green Hell, Demonomania, Hellhound, and Devil's Whorehouse are all fitting for today.

Check these albums out by the late, great Rozz Williams for a satanic fix:
Christian Death - Only Theatre of Pain (1982) 
Shadow Project - Dreams For The Dying (1992) edit: I'm not saying that Rozz was satanic, but these albums are very dark and satan does get mentioned once or twice. [Edited 6/6/06 13:10pm] | |
