To those who think 2pac was a rapist... | |

Is the clip supposed to sway somebody's opinion one way or the other? I dunno. I never really formed an opinion on the matter, because I didn't look into it enough. I can't see how the clip would change the mind of somebody who believed him to be guilty of the charges. | |

Alot of people think 2pac went to jail for rape, but he went to jail for a sodomy charge and a sodomy charge in NY is as simple of touching a woman on the ass and since there was no evidence of an acutal rape as the "victim" claimed, that sodomy charge is what put Pac went to jail for, which he NEVER shouldve went to jail for to began with cause:
1) the chick was a groupie who Pac met the night before at a nightclub - she willingfully gave Pac oral sex just cause of the simple fact that he was a star - so yes, if Pac touched her on her ass, she didnt mind. 2) And the night of the allegedly rape, she was dressed provocatively, and none of her clothes were ripped or wrinkled as he claimed they were ripped off, and she left sexual messages of Pac's answering machine which would have proved Pac's innocence but were erased by the police themselves (y'all never hear about that shit) Pac didnt even invite the chick the hotel, the two other guys in his entourage di - one of them being police informant who would help orchestrate the Times Square studio shooting in which Pac is shot 5 times. And evidence of one of them being a police informent is the fact that Pac and these two guys were charged with the same crime, but their trial was seperated from Pac's. And while Pac received a prison sentence to serve time for this charge, these other two guys (who alledgedly did the acutal sexual assault - even according to the victim's account) had gotten off with LESSER sentences. Pac's lawyers did a background check on one of them (Jacques Agant a.k.a. Hatian Jack) and discovered that he had committed several criminal offenses but had never did anytime in prison. | |

That clip didn't prove anything, but good try though
inever believed, Pac was a rapist... lt was logically incorrect, and the evidence was in his favor, but the negative image he had at the time was basically ruining his chances of an aquittal... Whether Pac did or didn't do it isn'the case... did the punishment fit the crime, Sodomy is a misdemeanor which results in a fine Jail time? c'mon... something was up... Honestly.....99% of the time when I hear about so called rapes by well known, highly paid people, I pretty much now there is a 99% chance that the rape did NOT occur. That's not to say it doesn't happen, but these chicks mostly are trying to get paid or are mad at the guy.

Granted, some women are out there trying to get paid BUT the phenomenon also makes for an easy defense w/ celebs that really do commit the crime. Who knows what he turned into once she got in that room? It's just not open & shut for me. I admit I can't remember the particulars of the case b/c it's been so long but I remember feeling like it could have been possible w/ him, ANYTHING is possible w/ a mental case like that. It typically takes a lot for a rape victim to even file a police report, let alone tell their loved ones. I don't think nearly as many women as you suggest make false accusations about being raped. I've never been raped but I can only imagine the amount of (undeserved) shame that women feel when it happens - if it ever happened to me I hope that I would be able to report it but it's something so horrible & invasive I can see why some women want to just try to put it out of their minds & move on. By reporting it you have to retell it & live with it for a long time thereafter - not everyone is strong enough for that. Please folks, never just assume a woman is lying about rape. in 1983 a study was made investigating 556 alleged rape cases, 60 percent were found false accusations, this was a military study
in a new study made by oklahoma state 530,000 rape cases are reported but a third were found false, 15,000 based on dna evidence were true. Rape is a touchy subject because even if the women may be lying, the male is automatically imprisoned just on her word... I know here in new york, a rape charge is automatic imprisonment, Bail is several thousand dollars Do i think its right, considering any woman could make any false allegations? no... but their isn't any other alternative! guys just have to be careful who they piss off, and if you do have a good lawyer to defend you, cause if you don't its probably a good chance your going to jail, Rape may give women alot of power, but victims must be respected! until they are thoroughly discredited DNA evidence helps overturning alot of rape cases I am a Rail Road, Track Abandoned

I know of at least 10 people who were accused, (all rich and well known) and 10 for 10 were found not guity of ANy crime but were sued in "civil" court. Just like the Kobe case. I mean really, he's a sick bastid... Short version from memory: Mike was a guest judge at a beauty pagent. The girl was in the pagent. At some point duirng the competition the girl got word that Mike wanted to take her on a date. She met him in the lobby of her hotel late one night. Mike then said he left something at his hotel room he needed to get. He asked if she wanted to come up. She agreed. Once there, she asked if she could use the bathroom and ole' boy was buck naked when she came out. And I'm sure there are details I left out but you get the gist of the scenario. .
