Can someone tell me about this trouble soul, r and b singer R.Kelly has got himself into. I have been watching all this Chapelle Show stuff on youtube where he does R Kelly songs into odes about toilet style sex. All I heard was he was into watersports with a very young girl. Does anyone know more. By the way the Chapelle show stuff was very funny.

I think there's a signficant difference between the shades of gray that permeated the Lionel Tate case and the pattern of abuse and intimidation that prompted the charges against R. Kelly.

If anything, it reinforces the point that the young girls at the heart of the NUMEROUS cases involving Kelly weren't equipped to make the right decisions and were easy prey -- which is what he was shooting for.

Rather than shifting the blame to the parents, why not hold Kelly accountable for the things he's done to kids? I don't see the double standard you suggest -- unless you take into account the liberty to make money Kelly has enjoyed since first being charged.

The whole thing stinks. We, as a society, should care more about what happens to our little girls.

Let me just say a few things:

I've heard of girls as young as 12 were abused by him. And get it straight - they were ABUSED, I don't give a fuck how consentual people wanna claim it was.
