Concert Calender

So I'm flipping through my orgainizer and I'm looking at all the shows Rich and I have gone to since the start of the school year...

here's the list

9/15 The Rolling Stones
9/24 The White Stripes
10/1 Social Distortion
10/6 U2
11/5 Nine Inch Nails
11/13 The Rolling Stones
12/2 Beatallica
12/9 Disturbed
12/31 The Black Crows

Seems to be a break here but Rich and I went to Spamalot and a Hockey game in that time... I also saw Hairspray with people from work, and Rich and I went to a leture on Dan Flavin.

3/11 Nine Inch Nails
4/7 The Raconteurs
4/28 Korn
5/20 Tool

Upcoming...

6/3 Pearl Jam
6/16 Nine Inch Nails
6/17 Nine Inch Nails
6/? Fiona Apple
9/? Roger Waters

Anyone else out there go to shows a lot? Why or why not?
Anyone else we should see?
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

OMG, I LOVE THE STARLAND!!!!!

I won't be able to be there in July though. It's looking more and more like Sep or Oct. I may decide to bring the kids up there so they can have a REAL Halloween.

I love seeing live music. I used to go to about one show a month, but in the last few years, looking at all my ticket stubs, I realized that concerts are my thing and began going to as many as possible. It's kind of a hobby now.

Definitely see Mindless Self Indulgence.

The Horrorpops show was great. Patricia has an awesome look. The go-go dancers are funny.

The last time I saw Bif Naked (at the Knitting Factory last year), I didn't think she put on a good show. It was as if because so few people showed up (it was announced at the last minute) she wasn't really into it. Her show before that at the Mercury Lounge (2003?) was a lot better.

She can play the hell out of the upright too. Kim Nekroman is one of the most underrated guitar players around too.

Cool! Just look for the non-celebrity in my profile picture. I don't plan on getting a haircut until after that weekend so I might look more Lenny Kravitz-ish. Look for a goth Lenny Kravitz. lol
