i actually got that link above from http://www.freemyheart.com ... in it Meshell posted a free mp3 studio demo of "Forgiveness & Love" an unreleased track.

and as an extra treat here's a link to a live version of the same song (featuring M1) performed April 2 at the Tonic...sound quality isn't so great but the performance is so fierce how can you complain?
