Yes. Very reminiscent of that Grammy performance...just when you get into the groove and start to anticipate what comes next...he pulls it right from under you. If you listen really closely...at the very end....you can hear "sucka".

Well, I will put it to you this way. Bob Davis at Soul Patrol, says it's Sly.
So, I kind of take him for his word since he has the inside track on the world of Soul/Funk.

It sounds like music for urban D.A.R.E. commercial lol I want to get out my ghettoblaster and flight pants with the zippers. It's too quick to be able to say if I am feeling it.
