lord, how i miss this woman!!! (a tori shrine)

I've read a few things that hint that she's working on something hardcore.
Basically she said something about the last few records being a direct result of having her daughter, and now that her daughter is getting older and more independent, she's ready to do some serious ass kicking again. I have a feeling whatever's next will be very different from the rest of her 00's work. | |

I have a feeling whatever's next will be very different from the rest of her 00's work. i have a tendency to never trust people when they say things like that. i don't know, i've just been let down too many times by artists who talk about a return to anything. its too difficult to get back to a space that is reflective of you at a certain point in your life. you can't fake it and get away with it; fans can smell bullshit. that said, i just want her to continue to do work she is really interested in and if she is working on something "ass kicking" i say bring it on!
