Supremes' Mary Wislon suffers heart attack!

Mary is still hospitalized and her condition has not been made available. A Cultural Ambassador for the United States who performs over 150 concert dates per year, Mary sang alongside DIANA ROSS and FLORENCE BALLARD, topping the charts in the '60s with such hits as "Baby Love" and "Where Did Our Love Go." The singer suffers from hereditary high cholesterol and is scheduled to have elective heart bypass surgery on Monday morning, May 22. She encourages the public to have their cholesterol checked regularly, stressing prevention as the best course of action. | |

And it is important to note that cholesterol problems are not just for people that are overweight.....high cholesterol is not just regulated by diet (however, it helps).....if you have hereditary high cholesterol, medication is the best cure along with a regulated diet and daily exercise. "Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive."
