Has anyone brought up the fact that shes holding a drink in her other hand?

which has a lime and twist in it?!

When I go to a bar, I have a club soda with a twist of lime. It makes me 1) incredibly gay but also 2) incredibly responsible.
mr.green

I like mineral water with a twist of lemon...REALLY cold...one of the best things on a summers day....cool

It's such an odd thing to think, but even though I've never been a fan of this child-woman, I still believe she's getting an unfair shake.... from what I understand the paparazzi was so on top of this girl just to watch her leave the damn Ritz, while she was making her way through the throng she was quoted as saying "...this is why I need a gun..."

...and you know what? I DON'T BLAME HER FOR FEELING THAT WAY ONE BIT. If I had a zillion assholes on top of me everytime I tried to move less than 500 ft. with my baby cradled to my chest I'd wish I was packin' too mad ...s**t, the way I see it is, if you don't get the hell up off of MY CHILD, you MIGHT just be in for a pistol whippin' blackeye

well, do we know that she was actually "strolling around" with her baby in her arms? or maybe she might have simply been moving from point a to point b? in any event, honestly, i think it's a bit harsh to suggest that a MOTHER shouldn't even have the OPTION to cradle her blood and flesh CHILD to her busom whether she's famous or not. the fact that we have so little priority and respect for children says more about US as a society than it does about some new celebrity mom....

come on now.

i think making sure your child is safe is more important than exercising your right to "cradle your flesh and blood". should brit brit bring lil' tater tot to parties? concerts? hiking expeditions? there are some situations where you leave the kid at home with a babysitter, whether you're famous or not. it looks like she's treating her child like a fashion accessory.

Hahaha! Hey moms, taking your kid out when you run errands is treating your child as a fashion accessory! She was simply out and about, not hiking, going to a concert or a party.

I guess all mothers should just stay home, or better yet leave their kids at home at all times and never take them anywhere, cuz you know...taking them outside the home is not "safe".

First off, let me say how pleased I am 2 see so many Orgers taking up 4 Britney this time. Hate her music, hate her husband, hate her fashions and career choices, but at the end of the day this is a scared 24-year-old 1st time Mother. Nevermind the fact that she's constantly being stalked by photographers who r chomping at the bit 2 b the one who finally frightens her enough 2 drop the kid and get the 1st injury pic. I understand the trappings of fame r par 4 the cause, but these pics r nothing short of f**king revolting.

if you're in, say, midtown new york or in the middle of L.A., and you happen to be britney spears and it's the middle of the day, then no. it's not "safe". you see madonna pulling that crap with her kids? or any other celebrity parents, for that matter? i guess you can risk your child's safety to make a point, but i'd rather my little bundle of joy not get trampled by my fans if i were in brit's clumsy shoes.
