Brand New Heavies, Incognito or Jamiroquai?

These bands domintated the 90's for me.
The Heavies i feel is more funk than the other two while Jamiroquai has more of a disco groove. The hugely underrated Incognito has a jazz/soul feeling and some wonderful melodies. They also release albums regularly.
I cant really decide between the three, the Heavies has always been my favorites but the more I listen to the other bands The Heavies are becoming my least favorite. Right now i would probably pick Jamiroqui first, Incognito second and Brand New Heavies last. Though that could change with their new album that is scheduled this summer. smile
What's your favorite UK funk/soul/jazz band?

Aw man, I love all these acts but I feel a special connection to BNH. Their songs are huge markers in life and always make me feel good. N'Dea was just on the radio in NY and it was sooo good to hear her talk about being back with the band. bananadance

Jamiroquai always have good tunes. You can't sit still listening to their albums. headbang

Incognito is the only band of the three I haven't seen live and altho I liked them better when Maysa was singing lead I still enjoy their music. music

JAMIROQUAI...all the way. Incognito is OK and the Heavies really didn't get better until N'Dea Davenport arrived. Jamiroquai just has great jams all the way thru. "Return Of The Space Cowboy" and "Traveling Without Moving" are my faves.
