That's a query I have as well. I saw them on Jools Holland last night. They did 3 songs. The first one was nothing special, the other two were great. This is a great band. DM was playing keys but only little 3 note monophonic riffs as far as I could tell. Not that it matters; he's obviously a very creative dude.

I just watched the Jools Holland performance and it was hot! Opened with Gone Daddy Gone, next was Crazy and it was slowed down for an almost erie version. Closed with Smiley Faces which was very nice.

They are going to be a great act to catch live if you have the opportunity.

Looks like the movie theme for this performance was Zoro. Prior ones have been Eyes Wide Shut and Wizard of Oz. They played Coachella dressed like characters from WOZ and entered the stage playing "Speak to Me" and "Breathe" from "Dark Side of the Moon". The video of that is available @ youtube.com. Funny to see Cee Lo dressed as the Mean Ol Lion.

Later

Did you see one of the indie kids virtually having an orgasm during the chorus of Crazy? That was some powerful shit!

God help us all!

Paris Hilton has delayed the release of her debut album because she wants to include a cover of Gnarls Barkley’s Crazy.

Well, he did the Gorillaz stuff and the Mouse and The Mask with MF Doom, both of which I love.

Write up from last nights show in NY.

"You had the uptown finance guys in front of you, the ultimate hipster couple behind you, the japanese girls to the left, and a 45 year old man singing "Crazy" outloud like there was no tomorrow insight. Though I guess that is what a credible duo, whom have a pop-hit, are going to attract. Feel the love people."

Found it! It is the slowed down version of Crazy again, but it is very very good. You have to check out their wardrobe! Someone please tell me what movie this is from.

You'll be excited to see them after you hear the album; it's so fun!

i fell in love with "crazy" on the first listen. it was like the good old days when i'd hear a new prince single for the first time.

Me too. I'm very interested in hearing this CD. I'm going to get a copy later this afternoon, but it won't be until Monday when I get to sit down and actually listen to it.

9 weeks and still number 1 in the UK.

Funny thing is that the guys have decided to withdraw the single from rotation as they are sick of it too.

You forgot The Grey Album.

I love Gnarls, but the Mouse and the Mask is even better. music Cee-Lo does a great job on "Benzie Box"; I assume that's where the seeds of Gnarls Barkley were planted.
