So far , Jo Jo ( center ) has been announced only .
On that pic is also the blonde Maxi from the original group , but i'm not shure if she'll be there .
In August there will also be a Mary Jane Girls line-up @ Maryland : www.poetryinmotion1.com

The group had lately Val Young as new member too .
Honestly i have no idea how many formations there are ... same goes for Slave .
I guess because of a lot of beef & issues , these different formations appear .
.
.

I saw The Mary Jane Girls several times throughout the years, and they always seem to have a different line-up.Lead singer JoJo is always there, but she's usually surrounded by two unknown girls. When I saw them in 2003,she even joked about it."You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that these aren't the original girls" lol

how come,on these types of shows, they always have to add a rapper or a rap group? mad We have a similar show playing in my area ( featuring Morris Day and The Time,Brothers Johnson,Average White Band,Con Funk Shun,E.U) and they have Doug E.Fresh on the bill.Nothing against rap,but let's keep it on the funk tip!

I guess they combine it as an Ol' School Fest , including what was happenin around that era .
As for Whodini , their early stuff can (imo) be a good combo with the funk , just like some Sugar Hill acts . I once saw the Sugar Hill Gang & Melle Mel somewhere during the mid-end 90's which was visited by lots of ol'school funk fans ,
And Whodini recorded on their 1983-debut album a solid song called Yours For A Night , with Tashan on lead-vocals .
And finally i guess also the organisations try to expand the ticket-sales too by adding some classic hiphop to the scheldue .
