The Isley Brothers: Go For Your Guns I have been interested in so much Isleys stuff I weekend along with Teena Marie's stuff. I cracked out the incredible 3-disc box set, It's Your Thing: The Story Of The Isley Brothers, The Heat Is On, 3+3, Body Kiss, and Mission To Please. I then looked on the internet and saw this album called Go For Your Guns from 1978 and I was so interested in it. Many Isley fans claim it say their masterpiece. What do you think? Personally, The Heat Is On is my favorite... Funk jams on one side, the slow jams on the other.. 
But 'Guns' is a good one also...  | |

"Go For Your Guns" is the shit. A funky, rockin' and sensual LP. One of their best moments. | |
