I remember too seeing a video from that album , and my first thoughts were : " that's an improvement ! " ... edgier and rawer

The track In The Sunshine was co-written by Bootsy
And How Deep from the same joint was co-written by Prince .

I respect that some might dig his work..

You shouldn't...
The Beastie Boys = Itchy & Scratchy
Vanilla Ice = Poochie

but he ain't no eminem. wink

And that is bad?
Eminem is even worse... At least Vanilla Ice had the balls to rip off a decent song and Eminem...Well, Eminem is just a Poop product...

Okay that explains it then...

Didn't think Prince would have anything to do with them...lol

But, then again, he probably okayed the sampled...

I disagree. Eminem is a very capable lyricist. Ice was just a joke of a rapper with some halfway decent dance moves. I've always disliked "Ice Ice baby". Never had any desire to spend money on that.

The way you feel Eminem, I feel about Ice. The way you feel about Ice, I feel about Eminem for the most part. Confusing isn't it? wink

I liked 2 of his tracks on "cool as ice"

And the movie is a classic. But he was a watered down hammer. And was i was 5/6 years old, i knew a few kids who preferred the VIP over hammer. Shit, i hated "ice ice baby" and that crap song "i love you" (riff how could u sing backing vox on this mad )

He was a good dancer though. Man, seems funny how kids my age and older would discuss such things
