It's called having compassion for a fellow human being who really needs it now BEFORE it's too late. I don't think she needs my compassion. What she needs is the compassion of someone in her life who can lock her in a real detox facility for however long it takes (ie. not just a day, as she seems to do it) and to convince her that it's worth it. My compassion is going to do fuck all for her. If that's what you think, that's what you think. However, this thread is asking for compassion, since you think she doesn't need yours, why even bother wasting the energy to post?

I read that too, and i hope it`s not true. I can`t help but think of her family when i read crap like that, it must be very difficult for a mother to read in some magazine that her daughther has a tumor. I remember the Wendy Williams interview, she talked about the rumours and lies, and that it of course made her mother and family "sick". People tend to forget that they are real people, with feelings. I just heard about that a few minutes ago while I was out having dinner. I came back to the board to ask had anyone else heard about this, then I read Calhoun's post so I checked her website and this was posted: May 12, 2006
False Reports Regarding Whitney's Health Please note that reports on Whitney's health circulating in the media at present are not true and totally unfounded. I really hope it's not true. [Edited 5/13/06 18:15pm]
