old school hip hop question

Did the rapper LeShaun record "doin it" prior to the LL Cool J version.

Yes she did in 1988 she rapped under the name Almond Joy and her and her DJ Shortcut were then known as 2 Much the original version is called "Wild Thing" on X-Press/Warlock records. Then it was rerecorded in 93 and released as the B-side to LeShaun's single "Ready or Not" which was released on Tommy Boy Records.
