Don't get me wrong. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Simply Red's original music but some of the ones that have been remixed into House Music are GENIUS!!!!

A New Flame & Stars are cool but they need remastering.

Been down since DAY ONE!!!!! But "A New Flame" & "Stars" are my 2 fave CD's as well!!!!!

'Holding Back the Years' is a good song, well done.

Virtually all the rest imo is baaad - and that ain't good.

Mick Hucknall imo is to soul what UB40 are to reggae. Not very nice.

Their early stuff was pretty good..you know right up to the stars album then it was downhill big time. Didn't he ditch the band he had. Anyway Simply Red then turned into muzak for middle class couples to play at parties whilst snorting coke.

pm dawn did some seriously sweet remixes to that famous song they had.. the one that goes "I wanna fall in the stars.. into your arms"
