Sorry if that seemed harsh but the whole Elvis thing is one of the big injustices of history and symbolises a whole history of similar injustices that are still going on today. Most orgers seem to already know the score though so it's cool. Hope I didn't offend you but it's impossible not to mention race when talking about Elvis's career.

Elvis didn't play any instruments (apart perhaps from a few chords on a guitar) nor did he write his own songs ; no comparison

Elvis is twice the singer, performer and interperator that Prince has ever been. Not to mention he is more diverse in the styles he can pull off.
But that will be my final post in this thread as I have no intention with arguing these points with people who really don't know all that much about Elvis to begin with.
