Mo Money Mo Problems...Greatness

I DO NOT like Puffy aka Puff Daddy aka P. Diddy aka Diddy but damn if "Mo Money, Mo Problems" isn't a jammy-jam. Everytime I hear the song it is all I can do but restrain myself from dancing a ridiculous dance, much like Puff and Mase did in the video. The song brings back the whole time period in my mind, when I was courting my wife and we took wacky road trips and there was money in my pocket and no worries on my doorstep. Damn catchy song and a pure pop extravaganza.

I...Love...This...Song

Hearing this song reminded me I needed a Diana Ross' greatest hits CD.

Sure without "I'm Coming Out" this song doesn't exist. But still Puffy makes it all work in this one.

I remember radio used to play that song constantly back in summer 1997. I thought Diana sing the newer version until I learned later it was Kelly Price.

I really like almost any R&b and hip-hop song made that year. Also the same for 1996 and 1998.

Favorite memory associated with the song...me and my future wife driving to Charlotte so I could see P live for the very first time (Jam of the Year). It was an hour and a half drive up from Columbia, SC and we must have heard the song 8 different times on various radio stations. That song just transports me back for some reason.
