Anthony Hamilton has a great voice. I heard that when Prince was at a Grammy Award ceremony and heard him sing-he loved it. Buy his CD if you can-it's worth it . [Edited 5/5/06 11:33am]

I saw him perform around his debut albumrelease ... powerful stage presence .
His appearance , together with D'Angelo , Erykah Badu , Common , etc on Roy Hargrove's RH Groove-project is worth to listen too .

He has 5 cd's. 4 studio and one "live" Ok, wait a minute...I KNOW my cousin from my mama's side didn't just say he had 5 CDs because all I know of is his 3 studio releases, so hip ya cousin to the scene, Gene! Living to die and I'll die to live again - 360 degrees - comprehend

I don't have his two cds but I have heard some of his songs on the radio. Terrific old school soul vocalist.
I ran accross some live concert footage mixed with him fooling around at home. He seems like a nice enough guy. Very down to earth country boy. He was saying how fans may see him as a star or some big deal but back home he's just a singing barber to his family and friends. His Dad seems really cool. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

That "Can't Let Go" video/tune hooked me. Bought it, next time I had the chance. Brotha sings.

on Thief (FX) they played Pass Me Over & I was like I figured it was his voice & sure enough it's on his second album. I have the first one, never really got into it for some reason but the second one will be mine soon!
