manthevan	1. Stevie Wonder (simply the best - he can do anything with his voice it seems 2. Mariah Carey (She can wail for sure although I think she oversings sometimes) 3. I don't exactly know what a whailer is. I'm assuming it's someone who can sing really loud and scream. If that's the case, my vote goes to Ms. Martha Wash.
