LMAO. I like this song, but the video always makes me laugh because the singer looks like a girl that was in an episode of Are You Afraid of The Dark. It was the one where the girl was really into fairy tales and in one scene she called someone a "silly goose". Now everytime me and my sister see this video we think of her and say "you silly goose!"
I probably know every word to this song by the way... ~Stephanie~

I have heard that Green was for the Army and Blue for the Marines and the the girl was a prostitute but is this confirmed? Because if that's the case then it conflicts with this line:
a GANG BANG... Fate will twist the both of you . If it were about a prostitute shouldn't it have read: Fate will twist all of you ? Green and Blue stands for so many other things...and the "line" doesn't have to be literal. It's usually not, in songs. Why do you like playing around with my narrow scope of reality? - Stupify

And one of the guys from the band said that THAT is what the song is about. "waited in a line ...just to be the NEXT to be with u"

"waited in a line ...just to be the NEXT to be with u" That's one of the stories floating around...that while in Asia a particular prostitute (on a military base) inspired this song. It could totally be speculation. Either way it's just a song. What inspired it doesn't really matter because it will mean different things to the listener. He speaks as if she's in a relationship. Perhaps a series of relationships with soldiers(that could be "the line"). If you're with someone now, unless you were the first, you can say that you waited in line to be with her/him as well. He says "both of you". Anyway, many incredible songs are idealized versions of less than savory events. Why do you like playing around with my narrow scope of reality? - Stupify

I don't like that song mostly because it represents a few very talented musicians selling out for the quick cash. a psychotic is someone who just figured out what's going on

I think we were just talking about the inspiration (or rumored inspiration). In the end it's just a love song and I like it. Why do you like playing around with my narrow scope of reality? - Stupify

I don't like this song either... But if it weren't for this song, I probably wouldn't have learnt about Mr. Big and Paul Gilbert.
