Well, there were several art movements (dada, surrealism, futurism) in the early 20th century that also had their musical counterparts in the tradition of symphonic music, but I doubt you are after them. Names like L. Russolo and such...
But if you consider NWW surrealistic then I guess pretty much any post-industrial project could be very surrealistic as well, altough most bands deal with very nightmarish visions (hey, you don't want to alienate the teenage audience anyway). At least that's how I've always viewed the whole movement, surrealism combined with expressionism, minimalism and gothicism. Some more offbeat IDM with samples as well could be categorized as surreal too (say, Matmos). But directly influenced by the surrealist movement, hmmm?

If you consider NWW surrealist, then many (most?) of the original wave of industrial types would fit into that same slot - your Z'evs, your TGs, your SPKs, Current 93, that lot.
The Residents are the band most obviously and directly influenced by surrealism that i can think of off the top of my head.
