Need some advice on Manchester music

OK, the deal is that I got a free ticket (except for postage) to a concert tomorrow night.... The airline Icelandair is hosting this concert because they started direct flights to Manchester... The premise of the concert is basically to have bands from Manchester come and play alongside local acts at this concert in Reykjavík, although one of the big bands at the concert is actually from Liverpool lol .... I am familiar with the local acts playing at the concert but while I have heard of these UK acts I am not too familiar with their music..... So here is the lineup (including the local bands):

Badly Drawn Boy
Elbow
Echo and the Bunnymen
Andy Rourke (bassplayer of The Smiths) will be DJ-ing (I am quite familiar with The Smiths)
Trabant (local band)
Benni Hemm Hemm (local band)
Foreign Monkeys (winners of a local Battle of the Bands)

So are there any suggestions about which tracks/albums I should check out by Badly Drawn Boy, Elbow or Echo & The Bunnymen?
