Rocker's Revenge vs. Katrina & The Waves "Walking On Sunshine" What side are you on?

I'm not sure I totally understand the question, but Katrina and the Waves had Kimberly Rew from the Soft Boys as guitarist and songwriter, so that's a notch in their favour I'd say.
Mr. Rew's solo album from 2002 is really wonderful, very much worth seeking out if you have any kind of liking for British invasion-style pop: Pardon me for going off on a tangent. [Edited 4/30/06 16:52pm]

His live album 'Gotta Let This Hen Out' has a great version of that track. I just sold all my Hitchcock and Soft Boys, along with about 5000 other albums in a desperate and long-required move to create a workable living space.

Well, the CDs are all saved as MP3s on DVD-Rs. But the vinyl's almost all gone, and I didn't attempt to record any of it. this is the second round I've done, actually. I unloaded about 1500 vinyls to a collector right after Christmas. A sad, painful step, and one I hope I won't regret too badly. [Edited 4/30/06 17:37pm]
