For the first CD-single to appear, an Australian promo. I don't know if it will remain the same for the commercial cover, but it probably will. I guess whoever scanned it cropped the edges.

You aren't going to see any 45 release for this, at least not with picture sleeve (maybe a promo somewhere in the world, but I doubt it; even major stars like Mariah & Madonna don't get 45's anymore).
