One thing that she brought up is the idea that Natalie was single when her mom took the reigns of her situation (?)...Crackney has a HUSBAND who legally is the next of kin responsible for her well-being, so without his help, agreement, and his signature on a LOT of different papers, the Houston family members may be kind of limited in their choices for what type of rehabilation facility they can commit Whitney to, or taking away her drug money... ...as judgemental as this is going to sound of me, I actually believe that if Cissy Houston were any kind of mother, she would take BOTH of them to COURT to legally get athority to reel her baby back into LIFE...I said it years ago and I'll say it agin today, "WHERE IS HER MOM in all of this???" Before Whitney hit the skids, she was always so publically reverential of her mother and how she was raised ...where the hell is Cissy now.....???? I agree!! Where is Cissy? She seriously needs to intervene...take this to court if she needs to.As for Bobby....he's a low-class punk,sitting back,spending all her money and allowing his wife to self-destruct and destroy her own life. | |

I think when Whitney's father (God rest his soul) helped re finance her money issues, that was the beginning of the cleanup process. But then he got sick and Whitney decided she didn't want to pay her fathers company for helping get her money right. It's sad he passed away with all that still not settled until after he passed. By law, family members are limited due to the fact she is married to Bobby. And the family probably doesn't want this played out in the media, maybe worrying Whitney will only shut down further leading to an overdose or something. I know people that are in this situation and unfortunately I can say their spouse is the one helping them self destruct. Bobby should have been ditched MANY years ago. Not to knock his talent, but he made a tough situation worse. And all those people advocating this relationship saying how good they are for each other should be smacked up side the head. I can recall reading in Ebony magazine a year ago some pastors talking about how much they love each other....etc..etc...and people should leave them alone. Nothing should justify a dysfunctional relationship and raising children in this kind of environment. PERIOD

Personally, I don't care if Whitney ever sings another note. I just pray that she cleans herself up and get healthy before she dies prematurely and unnecessarily. | |
