Maybe some of you old school soul and funk afficionados can help me...I´m a huge fan of the SOS Band but unfortunately my collection is still far from being complete.

On which LP/album can I find the song No One´s Gonna Love You ?
Was it a 12" only release or is it on the "On The Rise" album ? ( That´s one of the albums I don´t have .)

Does anybody have any info ?
I tried to use Google but couldn´t find what I was looking for ...

Get the album, great one, the 12" is an over extended version (some 10 minutes), some songs only need 6 minutes max.

Just The Way You Like It was during the Jam/Lewis era. Sure y'all already knew that though. Side A is kick-ass!!!!! Ever try blending "No One's Gonna Love You" with Maxwell's "Ascension" remix??? I HAVE!!!! SEAMLESS!!!! One of my favorite mixes

Thank you all very much....I don´t have that album because I have most of the songs on it in other forms ( 12"s, mixes, samplers, or Greatest Hits form) so I definitely have to go check that one out.

Just The Way You Like It is nice, one of their best songs...but surely not written from a woman´s perspective .....


That was one of THE songs in 1984....but in all those years I never really got to listen to that album in its entirety.
