HAS ANYONE ever heard of "Governor Washington"? I heard this dudes single on AOL Radio other day. I LOVED the song. Its a r&b song, featured this rapper, but the chorus and reverbs with the background was so tight.
I looked up info on him but there is none other than with Santana, but I almost dont believe that is the same person. Straight Jacket Funk Affair
