New pic, old pic. They all look the same after awhile. Biggest difference I've seen is the first day or two of the court case--he was walking in the white suit like George Jeffeson, had a little pep in his step and in some cases a smile. By the day he was found not guilty he could barely walk. He went from Skeletor to a skeleton. Other than that. Same ole' Mike. Same wig, same clothes, same wiry frame, same coloring or lack thereof. bored

He looks almost like (dare I say it) he's ready to tour. He looks fit, healthy and good. He's definately planning something soon (besides the album which we know about). Like a concert, or a tour, or a TV appearance of some sort. Maybe a music video or something. Anyway, whatever he's planning, he's gonna look good whilst doing it!

I agree, get rid of the wig! Someone should tell Mike that the "androgyny days" of the early 80s are over.Get rid of the feminine gimmicks and look like a MAN!

I don't know if you've seen his performance at the 95 MTV VMA's, but if you did you'd agree that his hair looked great. Short, and curly. That's how he should have his hair.

I'm going to admit, I liked that look. He should go back to it.

That hair style was great. It was his own, gave him a more masculine look and then we never saw it again. Go figure.

I thought all of MJ's hairstyles were wigs. shrug

And, he looks to me like he has for the past decade or so, in these "new" pics from Bahrain.

And, of course he's happy. Mike's had a good, though trying, year:

He gets to keep on doing what he's been doing.
No jail time, no massive bankruptcy protection filing.
He's the "friend" of a king, away from the U.S. and his dissed employees.
He goes to malls dressed in an Arab woman's garb...
Yet he hasn't put out a new album in years. What's the latest on the Katrina single, anyway? whofarted

I'm kinda curious as to what MJ has in common with the King of Bahrain? Is it that they both identify as kings? What in the world could they possibly be sitting around talking about? Their relationship began during the trial right and I guess because of MJ's new interest in religion or philosophies but other than that I guess their friendship is special and unique in their own way . . . .

It's actually the Prince who MJ has formed a bond with. I'll try to find a picture.

This is MJ with the Bahraini Prince...

He seems to be really close with the Prince. I think it's like what you said, it's because of his new found interests in religion and philosophy. I see it as the same kind of relationship the Bealtes had with the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Remember what happened when the Bealtes came back from India, they made the White Album! We can just pray the same think happens with MJ. I think his next album will be his white album.

I think the "we're both royalty" thing is probably more like it. I'm not sure why he'd hang out with royalty rather than spiritual teachers (like the Beatles did) if he's into philosophy & religion.

Interestingly, in 1990 I worked at a movie theater in LA that Michael supposedly had been to before. I remember seeing someone in the lobby in what was basically a burka (typical male Arab headgear, but face covered), but it appeared to be a man. I didn't think I'd seem men cover their faces like that. Furthermore, he seemed to be wearing Michael's loafers.

For some reason, I felt it was him, and his current presence in the Arab world makes me think I was right.

Well, he's smiling.

But he needs to something else with his hair. Either get a better wig or let his own hair out to play.

Picking less silly clothes would be a good step too.

Kinda grossed out that I can see the veins in his hands because his skin's so translucent though. ill

That king must be thinking, "What the F--K did I let into my country?"

I know what MJ's thinking, "Hmmm...I could hide a lot of boys in one of those outfits."
