how does the presale on the tickets happen? are the codes individual to the member?

and if so, how much is membership?

i want to get presale tickets today for the july 18 show here in ny, and want to get the presale ones at a reasonable rate before it sells out 10 minutes after the regular sale starts tomrrow.

ticket scalpers in ny will have it closed down FAST so they can double the price.

I asked about this not too long ago. Someone told me that you have to be an existing member to participate in the presales. I think signing up now would do you no good, unfortunately.

you needed to be a member of icon before the ticket sales started happening. you can always go to craigslist or myspace and see if anyone is giving out the password info though. it happened last time, it'll probably happen again.

I'm an ICON member. I don't belive there are anymore ICON member presales...I think all the presales going on now are Ticket Master club members or something.

I also read that you only get 2 presale tickets with your ICON membership...and that's it. So you can go to 2 shows if you like (one ticket each)

I have no idea how anyone is able to sell their membership code.
