Remember When Missy Elliott Was VERY Cool & Most Of All, MELLOW?

I still love the merged loud, headache-maker Missy but lawd sometimes the bitch knows how to tick off the last good nerve.

I've been hearing her 1st 2 albums(where she used to sing more which I dig very much btw) and not to mention her lil' adlips she used to put here and there. But most of all, her music represtented every letter from the 2 words FUNKY FRESH.

I sure as hell don't know what happend,,,,everytime I hear the song "Signs" by Beyonce, I'm convinced that its a testimony about Missy being that BAD HEFFA.

But this heffa is getting lazy as heck these days for some odd reason sigh

I still think her third album is her best. It's without a doubt her creative apex.

But yes, she needs to knock that screaming all over other artists' records (not to mention her own) the fuck off. disbelief Like you said, I still love her, but she REALLY needs to learn these days how to fall back.

Lastly, I agree she's been much lazier musically since 2002.

"Supa Dupa Fly" is her second best, IMO. It's noteworthy for its innocence, classic singles, and of course, Timbaland's innovative production, but it can't hand a candle to the wide, freakified palette of influences on "... So Addictive."

Whats even worse is how she gave her BETTER songs to other artists when she should've used 'em herself.

wave It's the one I play most often. I don't think she's lost it at all (though I wish she'd come out already)

So Addictive is my favorite but Under Construction grew on me alot. I didn't even buy The Cookbook. Maybe she lost some of her creativity or inspiration after Babygirl passed. I dunno. I do like that song Hurt Somebody from the Honey sdtk.

I love the song "Why U Hurt Me" from her first album where she was talking about how she knew this nasy slutty girl who was sucking every guys dick under the stars then turned around and died from Aids in the end.

She dont make no stuff like that. I never heard her do another storyline song like that. Thats the only thing Im missin from Missy.

Her singin has acually been MORE to me since the fisrt 2 albums.

The Cookbook has a good 5 or 6 ballads on it I believe

make the ugly bitch sang..

ooohohh..
y u hurt me
tell me why boy

OOO ooooh!
Mm MMM disbelief

love that song
